We try to give as accurate information as we can, however there may be some typographical errors or inaccuracies on product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We have the right to correct any errors and inaccuracies and update information at any time without prior notice (including after customer’s order).
We try to display as accurately as possible the colors of our product on our site. Please do note that we cannot 100% display the accurate colors do to the lighting during photo shoot. And please note that we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors due to computer monitor’s display.
No “oh so complicated” ordering procedures. Take a look on “How to Order” page. Simple.
We also take International orders.
We will respond customers’ orders as soon as possible after customers have completed the ordering procedures. We will get back to the customers with invoice of the total order and shipping cost to destination the customers wish the package to be sent.
We will not responsible on lost or returned packages due to incorrect shipping address provided by customers. We will not refund lost or returned packages. If a package returned, the customers will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-send the package to corrected address. If the customers do not wish to re-send the package, we will issue a store credits.
We will send customers’ package by Pos Indonesia or TIKI or any chosen couriers if mentioned, to all destinations in Indonesia.
We will send all International orders by Pos Indonesia. Tracking and insurance are included in International shipments. We are not responsible for packages beyond the port of entry. Customers will be responsible on any taxes and duties on each country. Also, please do not ask us to mark "gift" to avoid fees or taxes.
Payment of purchases has to be made up front before we send the packages.
Every purchase will be given an invoice with numbers. Please include the numbers on every payment.

Every purchase eligible for exchange or return will be given a note of invoice number (without the totals) inside the package. Purchases during discounts or promotions or special offers are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
Customers can exchange or return their purchase within 30 days (postmarked) of the day package sent. All exchanged and returned products must be new with tag, unused, and unwashed condition. All exchanges and returns must be informed to us beforehand and must be sent with the note on invoice number and shipment tracking numbers.
When we receive your packages, we will check the condition of the products. Must be new with tag, unused, and unwashed. We will then process the exchange on products the customers’ wish to exchange. On returns, we will issue a store credit. We do not refund.
If the exchanged or returned products are not as condition as eligible for, we re-send the package to the customers.
All shipping cost occurred during the process of exchanges and returns will not be our responsibilities.
We may have retailers. We will post our retailers on our site. However, we are not responsible on retailers’ terms, conditions, pricing, promotions, acts, or conducts.
